People Prefer To Be Blind…

I just don’t understand…..are people really seriously considering Donald “Dumb” Trump for President or are they just drawing April Fools day out a bit longer.  Try to look past your racist views for a moment if you can.  Consider that your kids have to live in this country to.  They have to be able to graduate and further their education and if you can’t afford to send them to a large university than at least give them a chance to go to community college.  Health insurance.  My son spent a few days in the hospital with pneumonia and if we didn’t have healthcare the bill would have been staggering.  I know that racists believe what they believe and they try to base that belief off of the Bible and it has to be the version written by Donald Trump.  Because if it’s the same one I read than Houston we’ve got a problem.  I have never seen a party that says that they have these Christian values and beliefs, but they hate someone because of the color of their skin.  Republicans are about as conservative as oil companies are…if you’re voting as a Republican because they speak to your beliefs than I know what your beliefs are.  There is no possible way that you could believe in God and be a Republican.  It makes no sense.  Read the Bible again.  The Ten Commandments….the Beatitudes.  Then show me where it says that you have the right to dictate someone else’s beliefs.  The God I serve is love.  Even when I don’t agree with it, my heart demands that I love and tolerate even things that I wouldn’t do.  You don’t have the right to pick and choose things that fit your agenda, but then vote for a person who clearly hates a group of people for nothing more than their skin color, religion, sexuality, gender, heritage…I could go on.  I don’t get how you found somewhere in the Bible that states that you are the judge of anyone.  You would tolerate a murderer more than a Muslim.  You would believe a proven liar before you look at the bias in our justice system.  I’m not well versed in everything in the Bible and while I love a lot of the scriptures there are only a few I could spit out verbatim, but this one:

Proverbs 10:12 Hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all offenses.

I know that you cannot be inside the will of God if you entertain any form of hatred, judgment, malice, bigotry, or wrongdoings.  You cannot say that you love God, but fall in line with someone who is blatant with his hatred of anyone that has the misfortune of not sharing his color.  You cannot call yourself my friend but turn a blind eye to the things that afflict me.  You cannot call yourself a lover of all when you don’t want to see or be touched by the pain others are enduring just because they love someone that you think is inappropriate.  The Bible speaks clearly about toleration and judgement.  You don’t have to condone someone’s behavior to love them.  How do you call yourself a child of God…a believer in Christ…a champion of the word of God when you can’t even get one of HIS most important rules right.  LOVE ONE ANOTHER.

John 13:34-35 A new command I give you:  Love one another.  As I have loved you, so you must love one another.  By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.

So sorry for the rant, but I get befuddled by people who are righteously wrong.  The only one that we will ever have to answer to at the end is HE who first loved us.  It’s not confusing and HE didn’t say me and such and such are who you will answer to.  Sweep around your own front door is what I’m saying.  Don’t belong to a party of hatred and try to throw my GOD in it.  Cause I don’t believe he’s anywhere near the foolery of the Republican Party.  I have never seen such a circus act where everyone is a clown.  This isn’t make believe people.  The tactics and antics we’re seeing is not Hollywood scripted.  It won’t be funny when your child is is struggling to pay for tuition.  It won’t be funny when not some of the jobs but all of them are sent overseas and your left out here in the wind.  You won’t be laughing when that pension plan that you paid into is non-existent.  I want to see whose laughing when the freedom and the life you imagined for yourself and your seeds has been stripped bare.  If your eighteen years old you need to register to VOTE!  This is what you will inherit if you don’t participate.  I pray everyday for people to open their eyes but they seem to prefer being blind.  I’m UP!!  Blessings
